Timing and manner of making allocation announcements: 

Timing:

Announced allocations for Medium Priority water allocations are calculated and announced to take effect on the first day of each water year (12 month period commencing 1 July).

Manner:

Details to be published on the Resource Operations Licence holder's website for the Cunnamulla Water Supply Scheme within 5 business days of setting or resetting announced allocations. (Must recalculate within 10 business days of an inflow into the weir and reset as prescribed in section 70 of the Resource Operations Plan )

How allocation levels are determined: 

Allocation levels for Medium Priority are determined in accordance with the water sharing rules as outlined in Chapter 2 Part 2 of the Resource Operations Plan.

The Queensland Land Title Practice Manual outlines the conveyance framework for registering permanent trade approvals, or trades not requiring approval by the resource manager.
