The vegetation of the Barwon–Darling and Condamine–Balonne floodplain systems of New South Wales project was undertaken by Eco Logical Australia, with assistance from NSW Office of Environment and Heritage, as part of the Murray–Darling Basin Authority's northern Basin review.
The review of water requirements for key floodplain vegetation for the northern Basin was undertaken by botanist Dr Michelle Casanova, who drew upon the knowledge of other experts and published information.
