Baseline Diversion Limit reports

The Basin Plan, under schedule 3, provides an estimate, in GL’s, of the baseline diversion limit (BDL) for all forms of take listed in the schedule for an SDL Resource Unit.

These reports provide the methods used by the MDBA in determining the BDLs estimate shown in the Basin Plan in 2012. These are estimates only, and a better estimate may be provided by a state in the development of the water resource plans. The better estimate must be based on the description that is provided in schedule 3.
