The Living Murray initiative aims to recover water and implement works to achieve specific environmental outcomes for six Icon Sites along the River Murray.
The Murray–Darling Freshwater Research Centre is a joint venture between the Murray Darling Basin Authority, CSIRO Land and Water and La Trobe University, that aims to answer locally relevant research questions to help guide water managers, and ultimately improve the health of our rivers, lakes and wetlands.

The purpose of this report is to provide the Murray–Darling Basin Authority advice on defining climate scenarios for use in the MDBA modelling to guide development of the first Basin Plan.
