This document is the Annual Environmental Watering Plan 2010-11 which focuses on the water delivery aspects of TLM. It has been jointly developed by the Murray-Darling Basin Authority (MDBA) and Environmental Working Group (EWG). The plan outlines the decision framework for prioritising the use of TLM water for environmental watering actions across the Murray River system between 1 July 2010 and 30 June 2011.
