The Basin Plan Report Card provides an overview of the progress made in implementing key activities under the Murray–Darling Basin Plan from 1 July to 31 December 2024. The Murray–Darling Basin Authority (MDBA) monitors progress against the Basin Plan which seeks to achieve a healthy, working Murray–Darling Basin.
On 20 June 2024, the Murray–Darling Basin Authority (MDBA) hosted an interactive workshop on the Basin Plan Review’s Early Insights Paper. The outcomes from this workshop are being used to inform our thinking as we continue our work on the 2026 Basin Plan Review.
