History has never forgotten Wentworth in southwestern New South Wales (NSW). Now locals are working to preserve some of that history.
In May, the Murray–Darling Basin Authority (MDBA) joined Basin water officials in welcoming a delegation from the Indian Department for Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation (DoWR, RD & GR).

This water resource plan is the prevailing management plan for the surface water resources in the Murrumbidgee water resource plan (WRP) area. The plan was accredited by the Australian Government Minister as being consistent with the Basin Plan and commenced on 29 February 2024.
