Recently the Murray–Darling Basin Authority (MDBA) took part in a field trip for new Lower Balonne Roundtable (LBRT) members.

This year Regional Engagement Officer (REO) Peter celebrates 6 incredible years in his role in the Basin. His presence in the Macquarie–Castlereagh and Lachlan catchments has been key to the Murray–Darling Basin Authority’s (MDBA) ongoing connections with communities.
The 2024 Native Fish Forum took place in Canberra from 25 to 27 March. The 3-day event was presented by Finterest in partnership with the MDBA.

From 27 February to 1 March, Authority Chair Sir Angus Houston, Chief Executive Andrew McConville, and Authority member Jane Doolan led the first MDBA tour of 2024, meeting with people in the northern Basin.
