The Murray–Darling Basin Authority (MDBA) contracted an independent panel to review its sustainable diversion limit (SDL) accounting framework. The panel, consisting of Mr Graeme Turner (Chair), Mr Tom Vanderbyl (Badu Consulting P/L) and Dr Saideepa Kumar (University of Tasmania) submitted its report to the MDBA in June 2019.
