This methods report, prepared by CDM Smith describes the annual permitted take requirements along with possible methods to determine the annual permitted take for groundwater SDL resource units.
Basin states may use this report to better understand how permitted take is applicable to groundwater and to assist in determining an annual permitted take method to meet the water resource plan accreditation requirements set out in Part 3 of Chapter 10 of the Basin Plan.
