Complaints Management and Procedures Guideline

The Murray–Darling Basin Authority’s Complaints Management and Procedures Guideline has been designed to assist both complainants and staff.

The Guideline primarily covers complaints which are about the MDBA made to a representative of the MDBA. It also covers circumstances where complaints are made to the MDBA about other bodies.
